This is the moderated support and discussion board for the NYU Weightloss practice of Dr. Christine Ren, Dr. George Fielding and Dr. Marina Kurian. Their practice performs laparoscopic bariatric surgery which induces weightloss. The perform Adjustable Gastric Banding (Lap-Band and Realize Band), laparoscopic Roux-en Y gastric bypass surgery, sleeve gastrectomy and previously the Bilio-pancreatic diversion (BPD). They also perform some of these surgeries using the SILS procedure (Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery).
