NW S.P.A.R.K. was organized to help support parents and families of children with disabilities (Autism, Speech disorders, Vision Issues, Downs) in the NW Suburbs of Minneapolis (Elk River, Otsego, Rogers, Zimmerman, Priceton, etc.) Join us on our journey to spark the enthusiasm of families and guide them in finding the resources that are available in our community.
