I have my first assignment in the LPN to ASN transition.
Unfortunately they were not very clear on exactly what they want. The
assignment is to do a nursing history on a family member and it has to
be typed. Any suggestions on how they might want this typed? I
emailed the instructor last night and she has not responded.

Any help is appreciated,
