Hello from Oklahoma. Here you have to work under Rn
but I worked in nursing home and Rn was just on call
at evening and night shifts. You have to be Rn to
Hang tranfusions but LPN can monitor and assess I
beleive. RN writes care plans also. Have been LPN for
eight years in Oklahoma new grads LPN or RN are in
demand check out your state employment office they can
probaboy give you some idea for your state also your
sate board may be able to help you.
