Well, it's been quite a while since i posted anything here, but i need
some opinions. I'm currently working at a nursing home in Missouri
that is having night shift get up 12 residents (there are 2 aids on
the floor), plus change 26 other residents all in 2 hours. we are
trying to tell the DON that this can't be done, but she will not
listen to us. If we had 3 aids we could do it, but with 2 it's
impossible. My shift is "supposed" to be over at 6 and at most
facilities the next shift just comes in and takes over whatever isn't
done, not the case here. I didn't get out of work til 7 a.m. today.

thanks for listening
Lisa
