Hi everybody,
I have worked second shift at our nursing home for a year now.
I have put in and been accepted for a day shift position.
I had a permanent group on afternoons but will have to float on days.
I'm SCARED!!!!!!! I guess I really don't know what to expect going
into days. I basically know what they do its just reverse order of
what i have been doing...but you know the kind of horror storys you
hear from the different shifts.
I guess maybe i just have cold feet.
any words of wisdom would be appreciated.I am glad to be going to days
because it will mean being able to spend more time with my daughter
who is just finishing up the 1st grade. I havent been able to spend
much time with her working afternoons. Thanks to all who take the time
to care.Kiss ur kids and call ur momma.
