It can be a stressful occupation, yet it's very rewarding being able to help
people who can't help themselves. I love what I do.

As far as the staffing goes, there have been problems with people not coming in
as scheduled or being no-calls no-shows, which really irks me. There's no reason
for it. It seems like alot of the aides there, are only there for the money. I
let it be their problem though. I am there for the residents.
