I am a newbie to the group. My name is Vicki. I live in Illinois & have been a
CNA for 15 years. Taking care of the elderly is my greatest passion. I
absolutely enjoy it. Sometimes it gets trying, but wouldn't trade it in for any
other occupation in the world (I tried other jobs in the past, but always went
back to cring for the elderly). I am also a volunteer for the state ombudsman
program. I intervene with any complaints or problems going on in LTC, much like
an investigator. But anyhow, I've seen it all, it seems like. I'm looking
forward to sharing my experiences with you, & hearing about yours.
