Re: [Nursing Assistant's only] Digest Number 260

Hi Becki,
Please dont unsubscribe! LOL!! I know it gets really slow in here
but it picks up then slows down.
It's been slow for awhile though. Maybe we can pick it up in here.
Well TrimSpa is a diet pill you can buy at walmart(cheapest there)
or off ebay. Or off the Anna Nicole web site...(I AM NOT SPAMMING
FOLKS)...I am just glad I finally found a pill that is helping me
out on my weight loss...I have never been so big in my life till 3
months ago and when I stepped on those scales I was in total shock I
couldnt believe how big I actually gotten. So I finally decided to
do something and my friend that lives in alabama told me of a diet
pill she was taking so I got them and started on it and within a
month I lost 20 lbs...I was feeling better and could work alot
better. I was miserable then and I am feeling better now but I am
still not happy I have a long road ahead of me. But I can do it. I
will post the before and after maybe LOL...I have only lasted 6
mnths on diets then went off on them to gain it back and more alot
more! I have struggled with my weight all my life and now its
taking its toll on me as I get older. I am only 34 and I feel like
I am 60.
Then being a CNA in a nursing home my back kills me. I am not as
fast as I would like to be doing my work my extra duties I have to
do nightly.
I thought if I get skinny I could go to day shift and work fast.
Cuz working night shift really gets to ya uno.
I like to sleep at night now and do have trouble sleeping during the
day. But I guess I will be alright till then.
This resident I was talking about has been there a few days maybe
almost a week. He hasnt calmed down yet. With Dementia and
Alzheimers I dont know if he will or not. He seems to like me
somewhat. I politly ask him if he would lay down and get some sleep
cuz he has been up for 3 or 4 nights in a roll and I am sure he was
so tired you could see it in his eyes. So after about 10 mins last
night he fell asleep finally and slept till I left at 630 this
morning.
Welll anyway...I will hollar at yall later on.
Be good and please dont unsubscribe ;0)
