Yes, that does sound difficult. Do you work in a hospital or nursing home?
Is this guy a permanent resident? He is probably a bit unsettled being in a
new environment and all. Did he come with any belongings that might make
him feel a little more comfortable?

I work in a hospital, and a friend of my parents was admitted with a brain
tumor. She used to be the sweetest person you would ever want to meet.
Well, last week she was throwing chairs across the room at her
husband...accusing him of having an affair with the staff. Her and her
husband have been married for 55 years. You could tell it was breaking his
heart. You've just got to remind family (and the patient) that it is the
brain talking, and it is not their loved one.

Ok, now I'm curious....what's Trim Spa???
