Hi all, Im a new member.. and wanted to say hi.. I have been a CNA
since 1991. Numerous attempts to trying other venues jus leave me
longing to get back in geriatrics.. ( my specialty) I am beginning a
new career path working with the young at heart along with my all
familar Alz. Resident. Im nervous and excited.. any one have any
helpf or me on dealing with younger residents in a skilled
facility... for some reason the DON who hired me thought Id be
perfect.
