Randi, May I have a copy of your flowsheet as well. It sounds very similar to ours, but we don't have a spot for reassessments except for in the nurses notes....
I just got back some blood tests and had a 4.0 on the anion gap and a 32.0 on CO2. My WBC was 4.1. A CBC last year had a 6.0 anion gap and a CO2 of 30 w/ WBC...
