PICU as a new grad?

I'm a new RN grad and I've been offered a position in a Pediatric
ICU. My question is whether you all think that this is appropriate? I
have no experience, except for clinicals but the manager I
interviewed with thinks I will be okay in that position. Any ideas
will be greatly appreciated!
