Hi, Carolyn,
There are a
variety of fairly good references from google, including a quick one from a
phys ed guy, one that addressed how to check someone comatose, and multiple
youtube assessments. I went through quite a few to see which to send to you and
then decided to just refer you, because there were different things to commend
different sources.
Good luck,
Carolyn! And it’s great for your students to have such a motivated
educator!
Mary

Subject: Cranial nerves
Hi all,
Does anyone
have any creative ways of teaching about cranial nerve assessment? I’m
teaching the neuro section next week in an ICU Course and I always found that a
difficult &/or boring topic. I’d like to make it more interesting. Thank
you in advance.
Carolyn
