Hi friends
I was wondering if you guys could help me out with some nursing diagnosis for a pt who has hydronephosis, and a history of seizures, CVA, has a percutaneous trach and is now having tremor(given adivan for treament) I need 7 diagnosis. Thank you so much. I really need help I have to do a concept map one her.
