We are trying to standardize our care for the safety of the patients in critical care. In doing this I would like some help knowing what others do. I would like to have you answer a few questions for me:

1. what skills do you recertify yearly?

2. how do you accomplish this?

3. what happens if staff does not comply?

4. do you use self-learning packages? If so, would you be willing to share and send them to me? – I would give full credit to the developing hospital if we use any or all of the materials
