I would like to ask you ,if you have any information regarding (Hyperthyroidism in children as per one of our out patient child complain from hyperthyroidism and she is 8years old,investigation done every thing with in normal except4Was high--27&TSH 0.650,but there is no clear cause for that.Before 3years she was diagnosed she was on (Neomercazole)for 2yrs,last one year she was not on any medication ,and 1kg was lost,no other associative symptoms.i know her since i hired in the child health clinic from about 5 years now,i tried to figure out what the reasons to get some thing like that but i cannot find real cause in the children,so i will
appreciate if some body face on a case similar to this child and provide me some information
