Dear collages:
may i ask your help in some thing consider very important for me and my staff as i am working in geriatric center in UAE and we was discussed with government that we are provide special care for special group of clients or patients .so depend on that we need to be under nursing specialty authority not under general nursing .but our proposal already refused .actually i do not know which direction i should go through to gather all the information that prove my point for the government which is (geriatric nursing is specialty care need special group).
i will appreciate all your efforts to help me as it is very important for all of us

The ICU where I work they still use a generic body powder (100% Talc powder); I think that this is not good for the patients; I wondering does anyone have...

Check any ob/gyn dept. ask a Nursery nurse that. I cant believe any one is still using talc in a hospital, cornstarch based is available to our rehab patients...
