I agree. I have been a RN in ICU for nearly three years now and find the
information useful and up to date. I also agree that we NEED to give one
another more support and positive feedback. We eat our own in ways that
sometimes appears to be "constructive" when, in actuality the "constructivness"
is nothing more than a back handed slam. Bullying is an area of research that I
have been pursuing for the past three years. In this age of information and
higher learning we seem to have lost the ability to appreciate the things that
others to to further people along in their career. Nursing is hard enough
without the destructive attitudes that tear apart.
