Hi there -
I made up my own - patient name, age, admission date, MD, diagnosis, recent
/ significant labs, IV's (location, due to change, guage, etc.) other lines,
triple lumen, art line, I & O, medications & when due, vent settings,
treatments, anticipated course notes - consults, appointments, labs,
consults, discharge planning etc.
