Hi Nurse Bob,


I'm a new Critical Care intern in a Maryland hospital and was wondering if
you had a concise method of taking report when taking on an assignment in
the ICU. I'm looking for a template that I can use during change of shift
(preferably one page). Please share any ideas you have.
