If you are at a a teaching hospital, there should be a CRNA or two rotating
through - talk to them. If not, seek them out in your hospital and find out if
you could follow them through a shift or two to see how it is. There is
currently a CRNA "resident" rotating through our MICU. He loves his job - works
in the cardio service. Says the schooling is hell though. But lets face it, the
pay works out around 125,000/yr....hmm? Good luck.

I have worked in Icu for 2years....I want to (at least I think I do) pursue CRNA...well..my question is..how do I know if I am cut out for it???....thanks ...

I can only address 2 of those....As for the schooling...I believe that there is nothing out there (short of Pharmacist school) that is harder than Nursing...
