Swap recipies for lacto fermented veggies, or fabulous broth soups or your favourite meat dishes. Share your experiences of making your own cultured milk products or brewing kombucha or making kefir. Or perhaps you've tried kimchee?

Pool information on local sources of quality products around the UK. Where can we find raw milk products, or organic meat or wonderful fruit and veg. Where can you find kombucha?
