Was wondering what you guys use to alert your caregivers (not including baby style monitors)?  I'm looking for a door bell type device that could be easily operated.  Any feedback would be awesome...Mark

I use one from Radio Shack. It runs on batteries and the button can be mounted or held/pinned to the bed. ...
