The following site was put together by a therapist who works with
children and teenagers with DMD and other MDs. He combines music and
respiratory therapy using a midi wind controller which is easier to
play than conventional wind instruments. There is a tips and tricks
page describing various modifications. This could be an interesting
option for people with DMD who want to play music.
