Well, now that I have published that this group exists, I better
welcome you and invite you to introduce yourself!

As I type this, I think it's quite amusing that the Yahoo ad at the
top of the page is for wines. Wines contain grape seed extract and
I've just written about the value of anti-oxidants and grape seed
extract in the October portion of the Nourishment website....
