No Steps currently uses the Lifering meeting format for secular recovery, but also provides information on SOS, SMART/REBT, Women for Sobriety and others.

No Steps focuses on the positive; and targets real-world problems facing addicts. We explore our past week and look toward our coming week's sobriety challenges. Everyone gets their chance to speak!
