Thank you for sharing your experiences with me.  I am hoping Grant will outgrow the gagging soon.  It breaks my heart to see him vomiting, although it seems to bother me more than it bothers him.
 
It's funny your mentioned your son's sense of humor.  I think Grant has a rather mature sense of humor for a 2 year old.  Not that he's watching Mr. Bean, but that he says and does subtle things that he knows are funny, and he has a level of sarcasm unusual for such a little guy.
 
Remarkable that your son was reading at age 3!!!!  Wow!!!  Great job!  I feel that Grant is "smarter than the average bear" as they say, so I am hoping to have him reading by age 4, as my eldest daughter was.  (He is very much like her in so many ways....)
