My son is 3 and I find that he sleeps the soundest if I am able to get him to eat a good meal of some type of whole grain (I either make hot rice cereal or oatmeal) and yogurt (or something that has good protein) for dinner. Our life is pretty predictable too...bedtime always at 7:30pm-8pm...
a walk then a bath after dinner...also, I don't really give my son too much sugar and no caffeine (chocolate, etc.) Oh, and before bed I always heat up some rice milk. Have you tried giving him a massage at night? with a little oil...on legs and arms especially...my little guy really loves it. "Sazg!" He says and smiles when he see's me getting the almond oil out. Hope this helps...Madeline
