I like the rest of us in the states find that the insurrance for some of
these medications are way to much. The biggest problem is that Aetna will
not cover this drug. We could get some big laywers to fight it but that
could take weeks. Then on top of that Dr warren feels that Aetna will charge
us for any medication used prior to the trial. He also feels that the tests
that will be carried out by the NIH will be very much more than what Aetna
will cover. It really makes you wonder how some of these companies sleep at
night. I have told my case manager that If need be I will take Alex to there
head office and get them to explain to him why he can't have the drugs.

Like Jan said, these children are real troopers, the pain and challeges are
more than anybody should go through.
