Re: [nomidsyndrome] A Walk in the Park

Great job Colleen,  I am still trying to come up with a possible Art Fair or "A walk" might be less complicated.  I know Jennifer and her husband, along with many of his emplayees worked for months organizing the Art Fundraiser.  If you have any tips on "A walk" fundraiser I could maybe go in that direction.  Jennifer, were you still thinking of passing on the remaining pieces of art?  That could make a difference in what I do as well. I have been busy with doctors trying to slow the progression of Zach's vision loss.  Zach and I were in Florida visiting his buddy that moved away with his family 3 years ago. They had a great time and needless to say, Zach is wiped out today and will probably be for a few days, but Oh, so worth it.

What a great way to celebrate Quinnn's birthday. Thanks for all of your hard work. Karen has done such an unbelievable job with the NOMID Alliance and I know she will put it to good use.

Take Care,
Jan

Hello everybody,

Yesterday was our daughter Quinn's second birthday and in her honor we held our first fundraiser to benefit The NOMID Alliance. It was the perfect day with beautiful weather, and scenery. We had close to 150 participants who showed up and ran or walked 5K to raise awareness for this very worthy cause. Between registration, our raffle and 50/50 draw we raised $4000! We have a few left over t-shirts from the event that we would like to offer to any of you for a $10 donation to The NOMID Alliance. If you are interested, please feel free to contact me.
Hope you and your families are all keeping well and that this contribution will help other affected children receive early diagnosis and effective treatment!

The Paduani Family
