MEMO: July YOUNG ONSET PD SUPPORT GROUP Meeting (Regular location -
Western Springs)

----- TIME & PLACE CHANGE OF MEETING FOR JULY ONLY -----

Time: The meeting will be held on the usual 1st Tuesday of the month,
JULY 3, but the time and place will be
6 : 00 PM - SUE LAUX'S BACK YARD ON HER PATIO-DECK
AREA.

Food: I will provide a light supper menu . Pulled pork sandwiches or
some similar summer sandwich type fare will be served.

Speaker: Donna Pilato, the drug rep from SCHWARZ PHARMA, will join us
with a guest to talk with us about the NEW DRUG ON A PATCH which will be
available to pharmacies July 1 for Parkinson's patients.


SO COME ON OUT! Enjoy the sociability time with fellow PD'ers and
prepare to talk about the agenda for the upcoming YOPA/NPF meeting JULY
5-7 at HYATT/O'HARE. WE WILL HAVE FUN. There may be a few
out-of-towners here for the July 5-7 Conference and I will invite them
here also.

In Case of Light Rain: We have a covered gazebo, a portable tent, and
plenty of table and chair set-ups.

Entertainment: We can haul out the bean bag toss and even Bingo if
anyone wants to.
