Just Added to the Chicago Young Onset Parkinson Conference: If you are
going to YOPN and planning to stay over on Saturday Night, an optional
Chicago Tour has been planned. NPF will be sending out the following
email to all confernece registrants today. This is a First Come, First
Served OPTIONAL Event. You MUST register prior to the YOPN Conference,
but do not have to pay until checkin on Thursday, July 5th.

Imagine this. You've had an amazing experience at YOPN 5 in
Chicago. And you've decided to stay over Saturday night rather than
rush home. And you're thinking about heading downtown to see the
sights.



Here's a once in a lifetime chance to see Chicago with your NPF
buddies, new and old! To see the city lights and skyline, to visit the
way cool water fountains and other features of Millennium Park, and to
attend the last night of this year's world famous Taste of Chicago
– free concert included!!!



All this for the low-low price of $20 per person roundtrip! No need to
hassle on the train or find a cab or go it alone. We'll have a
terrific Carriage Coach Line air conditioned bus, and a driver who will
take us on this special summer journey and -- if there's strong
sentiment about adding a stop or two -- we can do that as well.



This is a first come, first served 50 maximum offer. To apply, simply
complete the information below and reply to this e-mail. By doing so,
you agree (a) to pay for your ticket(s) in cash during the registration
for YOPN 5, (b) to release NPF and its officers, directors, employees,
agents and volunteers from any and all liability that may arise in
connection with this post-conference event and (c) that this offer shall
be null and void if fewer than 30 people apply by July 3, 2007. Upon
receipt of your completed application, you will be notified if you were
quick enough to be one of the lucky 50.
