Executive Solutions is looking for participants for an important paid
($75) marketing research study on Parkinson's disease. It involves a
90-minute telephone focus group of 6 Parkinson's patients and a 90-
minute telephone focus group of 6 caregivers of Parkinson's patients.

Executive Solutions is a marketing research firm based on Long
Island, New York. We have been in business over 20 years and have
many Fortune 500 clients.

Executive Solutions has been asked by a major pharmaceutical company
to hold telephone focus groups with Parkinson's disease patients and
Parkinson's disease caregivers in order to gain an understanding of
what their lives are like. We want to find out such things as:

a. how medications affect the health and quality of life for
Parkinson's patients
b. how effective doctor-patient communication is
c. what the general challenges are living with or caring for
someone with this disease

Here are the qualifications to be included in a patient group:
--You have been diagnosed with and are being treated for Parkinson's
disease
--You have seen your neurologist/treating physician in the past 6
months
--You are taking one of the following drug regimens: levodopa (Dopar,
Larodopa), a dopamine agonist or COMtan

Here are the qualifications to be included in a caregiver group:
--You must be caring for a patient with the above qualifications at
least 30% of the time
--You are not being paid by this person to care for them

These interviews are taking place between March 28 and April 3.
