Please come to our 4'th annual Earth Day celebration.
This could be our biggest and best so far!
D.F.H. will host a dual benefit.
"DRUMS from HEAVEN."
Will feature a wide variety of percussion, dance, poetry and art.
We will explore the cultures of African, Middle Eastern, Brazilian and Latin drumming.
We are celebrating Earth Day.
Please share any poetry you can compose or have access to in relation to an Earth Day theme. We will also be making a collage of Earth Day art that evening. Please use your imagination and bring something to add to the collage. Perhaps something showing the beauty of our planet Earth, a snapshot, magazine pictures ...
We are fortunate to have some talented artists donating their time for performances.
Sigi has promised a dazzling belly dance show with some of her peers joining her and also a surprise performance by some of her "little" bellydance students.
Luis will lead a Middle Eastern music segment to keep Sigi dancing! Click here: Belly Dance by sigi: NJ Bellydancer
Mais Um will electrify us with their high energy Brazilian samba band performance.
You don't want to miss this! Click here: +1(Mais Um) on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Downloads
We will also feature some Latin percussion guided by Marco who will bring his Afro/Brazilian style into the mix.
