a great way to connect with others, reduce stress and to have fun.The
lightly facilitated circles are open to all levels and all types of
hand drums and percussion instruments with a focus on creative
expression and stress relief. If you have a drum or percussion you
are encouraged to bring them along for a limited number of drums will
be available.
