Unfortunately, I don't know who will be coordinating either, at least during the actual celebration ceremony.
Other ceremonies/rituals held at Columcille have usually had a very loose drumcircle after the main event, which just about anyone seems to start.
I won't be there this year as I have another Samhain engagement the same night. I wish I could clone myself, though, for Columcille usually does an excellent job with its outdoor celebrations.
