health problems. Dr. Hailoo will speak about the various complex
environmental catastrophes facing Iraq. Under Dr. Hailoo's
leadership, the program has created three Environmental Health
Education and Resource Centers (EHERC) in Iraq, in Mosul, in Baghdad,

conduct environmental health research and training, help with
preventive intervention programs and serve as specialized resource
centers for the rest of the country.
