The annual northwest conference on international health that is largely
organized by university students is scheduled for Portland this coming
February (the Seattle counterpart meeting was held at UW early this year).
It is a great event for networking and finding out about what local
practitioners and researchers are doing in international health around the
world. See the attached documents for program information and
registration forms.

Hi Mary Anne- I'm attaching the key documents we've been using to
publicize the conference. The first is a Call for Abstracts- for the
student poster session. There will be a $200 prize awarded to the best
poster. The deadline is Dec 5. The second is a registration notification,
giving more details on the conference, as well as the website where
participants (students, professionals, community organizers) can register.
The third is the general flyer, in black and white. Any help you can give
by forwarding and/or printing these documents (to listservs, your
colleagues, and students) would be greatly appreciated. We're looking
forward to a strong collaboration with UW and all of the interested global
