This powerful documentary was shot in the fall of 2004 in Darfur and eastern Chad where over two million people have been displaced from their villages, with many living in refugee camps. The U.S. Congress, former Secretary of State Powell and President Bush have all called the 2 1/2 year old situation in Darfur Sudan, where over 400,000 have already died, a genocide. This unqiue film gives voice to the people of Darfur, the victims of this horrible violence, as they bear witness to their experiences and share their fears, hopes, dreams and the toll that this crisis has taken on their lives.
