Subject: Recruiting for strong maternal and newborn experts for PATH in India

Dear friends and colleagues,

PATH is in the final stages of negotiating an important maternal and
newborn project in India. We are currently looking for a number of
experts to fill the interesting and challenging positions of: Project
Director, Associate Director, Sr Program Manager for Monitoring and
Evaluation, Grants/Relationships Manager, Project Officer for Documents
and Training, and Financial Officer. A description of the project, as well
as job descriptions for each of the positions, is attached to this email.
Each of these positions will be based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, or
Mumbai, Maharastra.

Although internal PATH candidates may apply for some of these positions,
we are casting our nets as widely as possible to recruit externally as
well, so as to place the best candidate in each of these positions. Both
Indian and expatriate candidates will be considered for the more senior
positions.

Jeff O'Malley (our Country Director in India) and I would be grateful to
you for any recommendations that you may have for suitable candidates.
