This is the NEW home of the WAPHB (Weston A. Price Healthy Babies) group. This group is for parents dedicated to using traditional diets based primarily on the teachings of Weston A. Price to allow their children to reach the optimal expression of their genetic heritage.

Subjects can include preconception diets, pregnancy diets, breastfeeding, health issues, and feeding children. If you would like to discuss other topics such as traditional child-rearing methods, please mark your posts as OT (off-topic) so those interested in nutrition only can filter them out.

Many of our members find us through the Weston A Price Foundation (WAPF) website and many are also members of the WAPF this doesn't mean this group is here to only discuss things that are WAPF-approved. We are here to discuss and learn about traditional/nutrient dense foods for our babies (pregnancy and beyond). It would be a disservice to anyone to check their brains at the door. There are certainly many good resources for traditional diets. Not all resources agree.
