Dear mom I cant remember if you are in the UK but here in england
there are charities that can help. There is no shame in asking for
help. you have so much to deal with that you could reach overload, a
stress free mum means calm kids. If you are in the uk message me and
I'll give you the name of a few orgainizations who could help.
