Re: [neurofeedcommunity] "Boot Camp for Beginners"

Ok, well for me, it because I have been doing NFB with a few systems for a while now, I find all the information relevant. Some clients respond well with  amplitude training. with a system where I can see many different interpretations of EEG. They don't seem to be so variable. They have a quick response to the training.  When people have trouble and the eeg is variable, I use NCP and they seem to have a quick and trans formative result. It has been my experience that  NCP has  very powerful positive results, but that not everyone will respond the same way. Further,  I for one, am interested in the mechanism behind what that response is.  I would like to see it with more clarity, and so , if the system isn't transparent  for me, maybe its not for my client.  It is dependent  with the client and the connection I achieve with them.  Now, Val, that's my experience.
I think it is important for people to understand  some of the mechanisms with in neurobiology.

And so it goes.

Now we have a posting about a 3 1/2 day "Boot Camp for Beginners" in order
for them to learn enough neuroanatomyneuroanatomyeurophysiologneuropsychologyneuropsychology
in order to adeqneurofeedbacke neurofeedback. Amazing. You cNeuroCARE use
NeuroCARE and not even take this course -- there's nothing in the course
that meaningfullNeuroCARE what NeuroCARE does on its own in its default
recommended way of working.

The field continues to converge to where we are but remains at least five
years behind. Now the latest "news" that is critical for beginners to know
is information that we presented many years ago and were severely criticized
for presenting it as information at that time. Of course now it's "new" and
"critically important" even though the information is now long out of date
given the advances in targeting and ZenXuse of the ZenX Modes.

The more things change, the more they remain the same.
