Hi there,
I am Aaron and I have started Neurofeedback for Anxiety and
Depression. I have had 10 sessions. I'd like to communicate with
others about their experiences. It's been a yo yo for me; however, I
am seeing some subtle changes. I had a treatment last night and today I
seem to have a lot of anxiety. My understanding is that its takes time
to train the mind.
Anyone care to share their experiences?
