Tics getting worse with neurofeedback   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1072 of 1127 |
Hi there,

My son started Zengar neurofeedback a few weeks ago. He has had about 10
sessions. He has gone through some changes in his tics-first he developed a
much more severe vocal tic than he had previously. It has disappeared in the
last two days after a week break from neurofeedback. We went today and now
there is no reoccurence of the vocal tic but a mild head tic is suddenly much
worse. Has anyone seen this before? I don't want to continue if it seems like
we are sending him in the wrong direction.

Best wishes,
Jackie

Yes that is correct - as well as I see an interesting degree of pulmonary flare-up with tbi that may require additional support to reset itself adequately. I...
