Hi Rae,
I have difficulty with light/sound entrainment as well, particularly alpha
entrainment. I have had reintroduction of chronic pain issues when I tried 10hz
entrainment which was relieved with a few sessions of ZIN. so my CNS is
sensitive but I wonder if like a canary in a mine I am feeling strongly what is
effecting others just not as noticably. I don't know so I stay away from it.
