good afternoon sir 1) there is no independant ethical committee in nanded city; so to conduct clinical trial in private hospital of nanded city, can protocol be submitted to ethical commitee of our college(govt medical college-nanded) for its approval..? if yes what is role, duties or responsibility of our govt medical college ethical committee?? any other care.? 2) can govt professionals (prof / ass prof / lect /etc) participate in clinical studies / clinical drufg trials / any researc work conducting in private hospitals sponsered by NGO,international agencies,pharmaceuticals ,etc as a investigator / co-investigator /research associate /etc. . .?
