NetRUM is a free, nonfunded, nonprofit, voluntary, co-operative, discussion group of rationalists without any conflict of interest. We do not use taxpayers money. It is three years young and has 430 members globally. It was born during the training course on promoting rational use of medicines held in collaboration with WHO's EDOM, SEARO in 2006.
