2) NCEMSForum
Conference 2009 attendees received an email recently announcing NCEMSForum.org.
The NCEMSForum provides official online venue for collegiate EMS communication.
More sophisticated, searchable and ultimately more user-friendly than the NCEMSF
Facebook Wall or general-L listserv, NCEMSForum.org will add to the available
resources NCEMSF offers and further enable collegiate EMS providers to remain in
contact with one another throughout the year. See the NCEMSF Web site for
further details. Log on today and start chatting!

3) Leadership Retreat
NCEMSF is investigating hosting a collegiate EMS leadership retreat this summer.
This retreat would be designed for up to two collegiate EMS organization leaders
per university to meet together as a group with NCEMSF leadership prior to start
of the next academic year to learn leadership and management techniques and
strategies and plan for the year ahead. Please help NCEMSF assess the interest
in and feasibility of such a retreat by completing this short survey.
Members of Penn State's University Ambulance Service approached NCEMSF with this
proposal. It has been many years since the Foundation hosted a summer retreat
and the Leadership is strongly considering offering this opportunity this summer
as it believes it will greatly assist many new student leaders in starting the
year on the right foot. Again, please complete this short survey to help NCEMSF
assess overall interest. Thank you!
